Description
A sample copy of NICTD’s Goods Contract is included in the proposal package. Prospective Firms should keep in mind that the selection process and contract will include various federal and state contracting requirements associated with the use of federal, state, and local funding.
Proposals shall be submitted electronically using the NICTD Plan Room submission link, located at the top left of the Project Information page. Proposals shall be submitted in PDF format and on forms contained in each proposal package.
Please note that the entire proposal submission MUST be uploaded at the same time. Should item(s) need to be revised or additional item(s) need to be added after original submission, the entire proposal must be uploaded again as a complete package to include these revised or added item(s). Any new submissions will erase and replace previous uploads. Previous uploads become inaccessible with a new proposal submission and will not be considered in the review or award process.
