Description
Bids shall be submitted electronically using the NICTD Plan Room submission link, located at the top left of the Project Information page. Bids shall be submitted in PDF format and on forms contained in each bid package. Bids must set forth full, accurate and complete information as required by the instructions in the bid package. Failure to do so may result in rejection of a bid.
Please note that the entire bid submission MUST be uploaded at the same time. Should item(s) need to be revised or additional item(s) need to be added after original submission, the entire bid must be uploaded again as a complete package to include these revised or added item(s). Any new submissions will erase and replace previous uploads. Previous uploads become inaccessible with a new bid submission and will not be considered in the review or award process.
