Completed NDAs should be emailed to Alex Largen at alexandra.largen@nictd.com for review and processing. Upon approval of your firm's NDA, a password-protected link will be sent to you to obtain access to the full proposal package.

Job Purchase Information:

Proposals will be received not later than the date and time specified in RFP Section 2.1 Procurement Schedule. The “Submit Bid” link will be disabled after the above stated time and date, so be sure to allow enough time to upload the entire proposal prior to this time. NICTD is not responsible for proposals that failed to upload prior to the submission deadline. Proposals must set forth full, accurate and complete information as required by the proposal package. Failure to do so may result in rejection of a proposal. No proposals can be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the proposals are opened. This proposal opening is not open to the public.
